It is with real pleasure and honor that we are inaugurating the launch of Quantum Art in Mauritius , the Indian Ocean and Africa through the presentation a series of Arto–Poems from myself along with great International Quantum Artists– Scientists led by Roberto Denti Founder of the IAMAQ - (International Academy Movimento Arte Quantistika) and Massimo Pregnolato- Scientific General Director IAMAQ. Italy
It is worth citing some of the artistic and scientific merits of Roberto Denti thus:
Founder Quantum Art Manifesto 2008- Founder QAGI Quantum art Italy 2010 and International 2012- Founder MAQ Quantum Art Movement 2017 - Academic Honoris causa - Founder of the "Scientific Directorate of Quan- tum Art" - (Presidium of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences -RAE - Moscow) - Member and Art Advisor of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences -RAE – Moscow - Member of the Eurasian Art Union – Moscow - Member of the International Expert Council / Jury (EAU). Attorney for Italy of the Eurasian Art Union-Art Week – Moscow - Honorary member of the International Academy of Contemporary Art (IACA) - Member of the Pro- fessional Union of Artists of Russia .
Quantum Art is the judicious blend of Art and Science viewed from various systems theoretical perspectives: quantum artistico- scientific, existentialist, cosmological, , philological, social, environmental, and cultural amongst others. Morever Quantum Art is inclusive as it strives to make Art and Science accessible to all while putting much energies sustaining development and biodiversity for the mutual benefit of every living being
remain in the forefront to promote this interdisciplinary expression. This series of Arto Poems inaugurates a new era in the history of Art and Science. We would call it the Neo– Re- naissance Arto– Scientific Movement
We wish to thank Roberto Denti and His team, the Hon. Avinash Teeluck, Minster of Arts and Cultural Heritage, Mr Farid Rachad, Director of Culture– UNESCO in Comoros, Mr. Augustin Andriamananoro , Principal Advisor to the President of Madagascar Arta Indianoceanika Team, Mr. Maxime King, Secretary General of the 21st Cen- tury Maritime Silk Road Foundation, Mr Allen Yang , General Manager of Jin Fei– Europe, Asia, Europe Art Centre, Associate Prof. Vimi Dookhun , Dr Anjali Bungaleea, and all those who have directly or indirectly con- tributed to make this event a success.
Thanks and Regards

Revisited Leonardo: The Alternate Concept. Mixed- Media (AP: 1/9) : Quantum Artwork
In his Revisited Leonardo: the Alternate Concept, the Quantum Artist-Poet and Researcher, Boopen Doobah high- lights the principles enumerated in Roberto Denti’s Quantum Art Manifesto (2010). Denti is the founder of Quantum Art Scientific Directorate, and advocates an innovative approach leading to a synchronistic empirical blending of Contemporary Art and Quantum Science. Doobah (2020) Revisited Leonardo: The Alternate Concept, is a reinter- pretation of the mysterious Leonardo Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, viewed from the Universal Photon Entanglement per- spective. The iconography of the masterpiece calls for a deep reflection and questioning of local and non-local states, science and consciousness, the world, universe- multiverse, and the Golden Ratio (1.168) . He therefore pro- poses to view his work through Alternate Prisms of Observation.
The rectangular artwork reflects the artist’s compositional dexterity, as well as his creative ability to synchronize both right and left brain hemispheres. Revisited Leonardo: The Alternate Concept shows three illustrations of Mona Lisa; one upright, one diagonal almost hidden behind a toroid-like universal- multiversal structure; and a third in- verted representation on the upper right. The Universal Photon Entanglement analogy is represented by two dots of complementary orange and blue chromatography at the north and south extremities of the universal-multiversal structure. The dilemma of computational matter and non-computational consciousness is depicted by Leonardo Da Vinci’s Vitrivius Man inside the transparent toroid located on the Zero Point Source Energy level at the intersection of the Space (x-axis) Time (y- axis).
Boopen Doobah explores some “hidden” creative principles that Leonardo used while realizing Mona Lisa. As an interdisciplinary artist, engineer, surgeon, and scientist, the medieval master Da Vinci had the ability to artistically and scientifically drive his viewers; activating their conscious and subconscious states, to make them believe what he wanted them to see and interpret. Looking deeper, from a philosophical and existential perspective, it seems that Da Vinci could systematically project his thinking ability beyond time considerations, anticipating and conditioning our actual aesthetic, empirical and scientific analysis and appreciation of his masterpieces. This is what Doobah attempts to explore in his artwork started in 2017 and revisited in 2020 through the Prisms of Quantum Art.
